Size & returns
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days—we’ll replace it at no cost. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund it.
Our products are made to order (we don’t run a warehouse), but in the rare case the size still isn’t right, we feel you. Contact us within 7 days and we’ll set up a size exchange for the same design in another size. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we’ll cover shipping for the replacement.
Because we’re an on-demand service, returned items can’t go back into stock—so we donate returned goods to charity instead.
One exchange per order (same design).
