Shipping Policy

Where we ship
For now, Misquoters ships primarily to the United States. Some items may be available to additional countries in the future – if shipping is available to your address, you’ll see the options at checkout.

Production time
Every item is made to order. Once you place an order, our production partner prints your specific design and prepares it for shipping.

Typical production times:

  • Apparel: 2–5 business days
  • Mugs & posters: 2–5 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. During peak seasons (holidays, big sales, etc.) production can take a little longer.

Shipping time & cost
Shipping time is calculated after production and depends on the destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons or for remote areas, delivery can occasionally take a little longer.
  • Exact shipping costs and the estimated delivery dates from the carrier are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link (where available) so you can follow your package’s progress.

Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped within the US generally do not incur customs duties. If we later open up shipping to other countries, local customs, duties or import taxes (if any) will be your responsibility. These are not charged or controlled by Misquoters.

Wrong address / unclaimed shipments
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect address, refusal, or it was unclaimed, we can reship it once it’s received back, but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order is damaged in transit or appears lost, please see our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle replacements and refunds, and contact us at knockknock@misquoters.com.
